Since Vienna is the nearest NOAA station (about 4.3 miles off), pay attention to that predicted swing — high tide floods the grass and pads, scattering fish shallow, while the falling tide pulls them back toward defined edges and current breaks, concentrating them and firing up the bite. That ebb stage is prime time to work a stretch methodically.
